About Our Team
Jason is the senior Project Manager, and is a result orientated, hands-on construction and development professional with over 20 years’ experience. (MSc Built Environment; BTech Quantity Surveying; Diploma in Building). He has a background in luxury residential developments, residential renovations and new builds, as well as maintenance & facility management.
Jason has experience in managing a business park and being commercial manager for a big corporate, including building new warehouses and office space, renovating existing buildings and managing the maintenance needed on the buildings, including painting and waterproofing. Jason has strong construction related credentials and a proven history of completing projects on-time, on-budget and of a high quality. He has the experience to successfully complete projects through coordinating trades and a positive interaction with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients, while maintaining costs.
Our Team have built and renovated luxury houses using our in-depth technical knowledge of construction crafts, processes and equipment, knowledge of plant technology, project control tools, project schedules and contractual obligations.
We have successfully completed turnkey commercial projects, from design, plan approval process, appointing Professionals (Architect, Engineers, etc.), tender process, in contract building process and maintenance afterwards.
